Meta-Work is a technology platform that connects Customers with Providers.
We do not directly provide services, nor do we guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services offered.
Any agreements for services are made directly between Customers and Providers.
Providers agree to perform services with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism.
Providers are solely responsible for complying with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
Providers must not misrepresent their skills, qualifications, or availability.
Customers agree to pay fees for booked services as displayed on the Platform.
Meta-Work may charge commission or service fees to Providers.
Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways; Meta-Work is not responsible for transaction delays or failures.
Cancellation and refund policies are defined in the Refund Policy section of the Platform.
Meta-Work reserves the right to withhold refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
Users must not:
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Post false, misleading, or defamatory information.
Circumvent payments or conduct transactions outside the Platform.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform.
All trademarks, logos, content, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Meta-Work.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Meta-Work is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or services provided by Providers.
We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or error-free operation of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meta-Work, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to your account for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
You may stop using the Platform at any time by deleting your account.
