At Meta-Work, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent booking experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Customers may be eligible for refunds.
Meta-Work is a technology platform that connects Customers with independent Service Providers.
Payments are collected on behalf of Providers.
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the cancellation, completion of services, and the timing of requests.
A Customer may be entitled to a refund in the following cases:
Service not delivered – if the Provider cancels or fails to appear for a confirmed booking.
Cancellation within the free cancellation window – as defined in our Cancellation Policy (e.g., at least 24 hours before service time).
Defective or incomplete service – if the service provided is substantially different from the description or agreed terms, subject to review.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Customer cancels after the free cancellation window has expired.
Customer fails to appear or provide access (“no-show”).
Service has already been completed and delivered as agreed.
Situations where the Provider has incurred non-recoverable expenses.
Refunds must be requested through the Platform or by contacting support.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers (typically 5–10 business days).
Meta-Work may deduct applicable fees (e.g., transaction charges) where relevant.
Providers are expected to honor bookings.
Frequent cancellations may result in penalties, withheld payments, or account suspension.
Providers are not permitted to issue refunds directly outside the Platform.
If a disagreement arises, both Customer and Provider should first attempt to resolve the matter through the Platform’s communication tools.
If unresolved, Meta-Work may step in as a neutral mediator.
Meta-Work’s decision regarding refund eligibility shall be considered final.
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
