This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled on Meta-Work. By booking or offering services on our Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Meta-Work acts as a technology platform connecting Customers and Providers.
Each booking represents a contract between the Customer and the Provider.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the rules below, unless otherwise specified by the Provider.
Customers may cancel a booking directly through the Platform.
Free cancellation window: If the cancellation is made within [X hours/days, e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled service time, the Customer is entitled to a full refund.
Late cancellation: If cancelled after the free cancellation window, a cancellation fee may apply (up to [percentage, e.g., 50%] of the service value).
No-show: If the Customer fails to appear or provide access, no refund will be issued.
Providers who cancel confirmed bookings must notify the Customer as soon as possible.
If the Provider cancels:
The Customer receives a full refund.
The Provider may face penalties, including temporary suspension or account review.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider (typically [5–10 business days]).
Meta-Work is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or external factors.
The following are generally non-refundable:
Services already delivered or completed.
Custom or special-order services.
Situations where the Provider has incurred non-recoverable costs.
If a dispute arises, Customers and Providers should first attempt to resolve it through the Platform’s messaging system.
Meta-Work may, at its discretion, intervene as a neutral mediator, but we do not guarantee outcomes.
Final refunds are determined based on booking details, cancellation timing, and evidence provided.
Meta-Work may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.
